What you will do

  • Execute customer activation campaigns using email, in-app channels, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to drive upsell and cross-sell pipeline.
  • Design lifecycle programs to optimize onboarding and accelerate product feature adoption.
  • Build customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and customer-led events.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on Voice of the Customer initiatives and community feedback.
  • Analyze funnel performance to optimize messaging and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer, lifecycle, or revenue marketing experience.
  • Fluent Dutch (C1+) and English proficiency.
  • Strong commercial mindset and data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment from the Amsterdam office.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Intercom, Planhat, or Mixpanel.
