What you will do

  • Lead technical onboarding and integration for new merchants from kickoff through launch
  • Configure platform solutions tailored to merchant technical and operational requirements
  • Partner with Product Management to inform solution design and product roadmap
  • Support existing merchants adopting new products and enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and manage escalations

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and work remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years experience in technical support, implementation, systems integration, or software development, preferably in payments or fintech
  • Experience with web and mobile integrations including Rest APIs, HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, and authentication methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
