What you will do

  • Lead the impact learning agenda for Large Lump Sum (LLS) programs, maintaining a canonical theory of change.
  • Define measurement and analysis best practices for LLS programs and provide technical leadership for org-wide M&E standards.
  • Support product design through primary analysis, evidence reviews, and developing cost-effectiveness models.
  • Lead strategic research projects and coordinate engagements with external research partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Leads and regional teams to integrate research findings into program implementation.
  • Represent organizational research externally at professional events and in written communications.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in designing and leading impact evaluations or complex M&E frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of economics, sociology, or psychology frameworks as applied to poverty and cash transfer research.
  • Experience in data analysis and developing standardized indicators for outcome measurement.
  • Ability to synthesize complex evidence for diverse stakeholders and influence product strategy.
  • Strong project management skills to lead research partnerships and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Fluency in English is required.
