What you will do
- Shape product values into intuitive and compelling user interfaces.
- Take ownership over a product and lead the full UX cycle process.
- Conduct user and product research, design mockups, and perform usability testing.
- Orchestrate the UX process while collaborating with product managers, product owners, developers, and product designers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional UX design experience.
- Experience working as a member of a UX team in a large organization.
- Vast experience in configuring and characterizing enterprise (B2B) on-premise and cloud applications.
- Proven ability to lead strategic UX projects across the organization.
- Excellent visualization and problem-solving skills with the ability to create precise mockups and detailed UX designs.
- English proficiency required.
- Experience designing mockups with Figma.
- Knowledge and experience in working with design infrastructure and components libraries.
Nice to have
- Experience designing mockups with other mockup tools.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in product/interaction design, human factors, or a related field.
