What you will do

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers through telephone, e-mail, chat, and website.
  • Provide first-class service to partners and customers.
  • Understand products and services to help find the best solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades.
  • Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
  • Maintain and write new articles for the customer knowledge base.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience within customer support.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Ability to quickly recognize problems, form solutions, and execute solutions/procedures.
  • Good computer skills and technical interest.
