What you will do

  • Implement workstreams in full cycle delivery of commercial outcomes for technology developments and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to resolve risks and issues relating to delivery and any impacts on related components or teams.
  • Coordinate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, update on progress and achieve benefits.
  • Monitor all actions and activities, from scope to delivery, to ensure adherence to technical roadmap and time and budget constraints.
  • Implement ways to improve team, process and service performance and suggest and implement changes to how the team operates.
  • Mentor and coordinate a diverse team to deliver medium-sized, technical projects within a specific domain which enable benefits for customers across a portfolio of projects.

Requirements

  • Strong third-party management experience, especially as part of a complex delivery programme, including the effective management of risk.
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.
  • Experience operating and delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Experience delivering ServiceNow capabilities across large complex organisations.

  • To suit the needs of a customer, colleague or client, an ability to move outside of the expected process or practice.
  • Strong Service / Resource assurance background at a mid/senior level.
  • Experienced in presenting to senior stakeholders.
