What you will do
- Own and evolve the core visual design systems to ensure global coherence and recognisability.
- Translate creative ambition into clear, scalable frameworks, guidelines, and toolkits.
- Coach and empower a high-performing design team to enable professional growth and excellence.
- Lead through collaboration by removing barriers and enabling cross-functional teams to execute brand standards.
- Partner with Brand Foundations, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent execution across all channels.
- Protect brand quality, coherence, and integrity while enabling long-term brand evolution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative direction.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading and evolving design systems within a global brand or top-tier agency.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong portfolio showcasing system-led thinking and large-scale brand implementation.
- Must be based in or able to work from Zurich, Switzerland.
