What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding projects.
- Plan, manage, and deliver onboarding projects by defining scope, milestones, and timelines.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and identify risks.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to improve processes and delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with technical and operational teams.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
