What you will do

  • Apply data, determine optimal statistical methods, and address data quality issues in partnership with internal and client teams.
  • Execute analyses, interpret results with actionable recommendations, and build on others’ analyses and forecasting.
  • Stay abreast of data privacy and governance rules, ensuring work alignment with principles and controls.
  • Collaborate within and across internal and client teams to deepen expertise in data sources and methodologies.
  • Develop elements of internal and client-facing presentations that tell stories of analyses and data visualizations.
  • Understand clients’ businesses across industry verticals to anticipate business problems and identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience using tools such as PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, R, SQL for data manipulation and visualization on large datasets.
  • Solid ability to communicate complex analyses to a mix of both technical and non-technical partners and clients.
  • Experience utilizing analytical tools to turn massive, dynamic datasets into actionable insights.
  • Experience conducting, interpreting, and clearly communicating measurement analyses (e.g., incrementality, attribution, lift studies).
  • Working knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and data clustering/classification techniques.

Nice to have

  • 4+ years of experience in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, or related fields.
  • Experience in the Financial Services (Credit Cards, Banking) industry.
  • Experience in digital media, data analysis, measurement, and data management.
  • Working knowledge and familiarity in a combination of Python, R, PowerPivot, Microsoft Advertising API.
