What you will do
- Own design from problem definition to polished UI, leading discovery, user testing, and implementation.
- Deliver cohesive solutions across web, mobile, and native apps, applying and contributing to shared design patterns.
- Partner with product managers, data analysts, and other functions to shape roadmaps, connecting user insights to business goals.
- Apply systems-thinking and deep UI/UX expertise to produce consistent, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Champion a user-centred design approach throughout the product development process, conducting user research and usability testing.
- Deepen your craft in strategic areas (e.g., design systems, accessibility, mobile patterns) and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- Experience owning the end-to-end design process within a product squad.
- Strong UI/UX instincts, systems-thinking, and a focus on scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Ability to apply and contribute to shared design patterns and components.
- Experience influencing product direction through data and research insights.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
