What you will do
- Develop UI/UX designs based on user research and benchmarking to support optimal decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Dev teams to facilitate design discussions and provide feedback.
- Create design concepts and wireframes focused on conversion optimization and user engagement.
- Utilize and enhance the design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Maintain high design standards considering product legacy and functionality.
- Conduct surveys and use analytics to inform design decisions and improvements.
Requirements
- Remote work: full remote position.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Designer at a product company.
- Portfolio demonstrating professional UI/UX design work across web and mobile web.
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems, and Token Studio for Figma.
- Understanding of Ant Design Framework and components.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with Product Managers on feature strategy and rationale.
- Effective presentation and advocacy of own design work.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in eCommerce store design.
