Senior Sales Account Manager (Ad Tech): Manage strategic demand-side relationships and drive revenue through programmatic direct deals across multiple ad formats with an accent on programmatic marketplaces and auction packages. Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany with two remote days (Monday and Friday) and three onsite days (Tuesday to Thursday)

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem in Northern Europe, mainly Germany.
  • Collaborate internally with publisher partners, media planning, demand solutions, and product teams to grow demand revenue.
  • Create campaign briefs and provide insights to meet agency and client needs.
  • Evangelize programmatic buying techniques and develop new business opportunities at all client levels.
  • Market new publisher inventory creatively to drive publisher revenue.
  • Evaluate ad tech ecosystem trends to guide company strategy and educate clients on product solutions.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the German agency ecosystem and digital media sales with programmatic knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of English.
  • Competent in Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Gmail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales account management and problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for industry trends, technologies, pricing models, and online advertising dynamics including Real Time Bidding.
