What you will do
- Identify high-leverage opportunities for automation, AI, and systems improvement across GTM workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and AI-enabled processes.
- Build and optimize integrations across Salesforce and connected GTM systems to improve data flow, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps leadership to understand business pain points and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop internal tools, utilities, and lightweight applications that improve how GTM teams access data, execute workflows, and make decisions.
- Improve the quality and usability of GTM data by implementing governance, validation, enrichment, and monitoring frameworks across business systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar technical operational roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data model, automation, integrations, and system design
- Experience building workflows and automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude Code, OpenAI agent builder, Workato, or similar platforms
- Experience building or deploying AI-enabled workflows, copilots, or agents for business teams
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience building API integrations and lightweight automations
- Strong understanding of how GTM teams operate across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and post-sale workflows
Nice to have
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Clay, Snowflake, dbt, or modern enrichment and orchestration platforms
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or high-growth technology environments
- Familiarity with services-oriented GTM or delivery workflows
