What you will do

  • Lead the completion and coordination of RFIs, RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires for distributors, platforms, and institutional clients.
  • Take full ownership of first‑draft responses, narrative structure, and the overall quality of submissions.
  • Act as the quality gate for all proposal and due diligence materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and relevance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Investments, Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Portfolio Management.
  • Develop and maintain a centralised proposals and due diligence content library.
  • Continuously improve processes, templates, and ways of working to future‑proof the role.

Requirements

  • Experience in investment proposals, due diligence, RFP/RFI management, or a closely related role within asset or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, distribution models, and intermediary relationships.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, client‑focused responses.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence in engaging with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and analytical, with the confidence to exercise sound judgement.

Nice to have

  • Experience maintaining or developing proposal or DDQ content libraries.
  • Familiarity with third‑party research or due diligence tools (e.g. Morningstar, Defaqto).
