What you will do
- Manage end-to-end GTM onboarding operations, coordinating cohorts and stakeholders.
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes for high-volume onboarding.

- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure program currency.
- Establish and track onboarding success metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience owning or operating onboarding/enablement programs for customer-facing teams.
- Strong program management and organizational skills, managing complex logistics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-evolving environments.
- Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco.
