What you will do

  • Oversee daily payroll processing workflows and ensure client service level agreements are met.
  • Perform quality reviews of high-value transactions to mitigate financial risk.
  • Serve as the primary contact for processors and Client Service Managers regarding policies and procedures.
  • Manage service requests and identify process gaps for resolution with technology partners.
  • Monitor control reports and manage cash suspense items.
  • Lead departmental process improvement initiatives and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Taguig, Metro Manila.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Client Contribution Specialist or similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, IRS, Department of Labor, FINRA, and SEC regulations.
  • FINRA Fingerprinting required.
  • Ability to perform complex research and analytical tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with system enhancements and professional stakeholder communication.
