Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing engagement, and generating leads for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver cohesive campaigns
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and SEO projects
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an agency environment
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
