What you will do
- Plan and coordinate user interface development across all stages of production.
- Manage tasks for the UI team (designers, artists, developers), monitor deadlines, priorities, and implementation quality.
- Synchronize UI work with gameplay, technical, and art teams.
- Support and develop the UI production pipeline in Unreal Engine.
- Organize playtests, track progress, and help the team resolve blockers.
- Ensure consistency of UI solutions and their alignment with overall game systems.
Requirements
- Experience as a Producer / Project Manager in the game industry, preferably on AAA projects.
- Understanding of the UI/UX development pipeline in games and how UI interacts with gameplay systems.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, artists, programmers).
- Understanding of game development processes in Unreal Engine and UI integration specifics.
- Confident use of project management tools (ClickUp, Confluence, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain transparent workflows within teams.

- Experience working on multiplayer projects.
