Focus on providing leadership by driving engagement results, managing client relationships, and overseeing the development of client deliverables and solutions.

What you will do

  • Execute/direct/oversee data analyses, initiate interpretations and conclusions, and oversee verbal and graphic presentations.
  • Perform quality assurance on project deliverables.
  • Develop final recommendations and solutions for client review.
  • Manage the budget and expenses for assigned projects and manage project profitability.
  • Actively listen for market opportunities on current engagements and collaborative networks and communicate potential leads to managers.

Requirements

  • Data and analytic skills that involves interpreting data, identifying trends, patterns and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proficient in SQL querying skills, Tableau, and/or Power BI to extract and present actionable insights from complex clinical datasets.
  • Ability to oversee, quality assure analytics and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably Health Systems Electronic Health Records (EHRs) data, such as Epic, Cerner, etc, or Hospital Billing Systems Finance , Operations (clinical, support or operations) , Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Bachelors required, Master’s Degree Preferred
