What you will do
- Execute CMI projects under supervision, managing cost and quality control of field and data analysis.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for projects, including samples and material stock for tests.
- Design simple research projects and collaborate on planning new research projects and data gathering methods.
- Analyze gathered data using statistical programs (SPSS, xlstat, Matlab) and qualitative analysis tools.
- Prepare results summaries in reports or presentations, translating complex findings.
- Share results with internal stakeholders or clients under supervision.
Requirements
- English: B2 required (verbal and written command), plus local language as required.
- Proficiency in common PC applications (Word, Excel, PPT) and data analysis software (SPSS, xlstat, Matlab).
- Experience managing vendor/field partners and working with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding and use of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design.
- Good analytical and intermediate data visualization skills.
- Understand the principles of qualitative and quantitative market research methods as applied to fragrance testing.
Nice to have
- Storytelling skills.
- Basic understanding of fragrance (olfactive families, main benchmarks).
- FGD moderating and reporting skills.
