What you will do

  • Grow VIP retention, lifetime value, and direct sales.
  • Develop new protocols and workflows for the VIP team.
  • Maintain scalable customer lifecycle and sales processes to maximize revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of VIP managers across the world and develop Tango’s loyalty program.
  • Provide tailored and individual service to top customers.
  • Implement VIP life-cycle communications at scale.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years experience in B2C VIP management and Sales.
  • 3+ years experience at Hands-On manager level.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing distributed, remote teams
  • Mother tongue level English required, Arabic or any additional language is an advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, data structures, and reporting.
  • Advanced technical skills, analytical thinking & attention to detail.
