What you will do

  • Maintain and manage the Resource Allocation Schedule (RAS), ensuring all project assignments and activities are recorded accurately.
  • Process and fulfill incoming project resource requests based on availability, required skills, and organizational priority.
  • Assist in monitoring team utilization rates and suggest reassignments to balance workloads effectively.
  • Ensure the integrity of resource data, including updating employee profiles with current skills and availability.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to track and submit billable and non-billable hours against correct projects.
  • Coordinate administrative details related to resource deployment and ensure adherence to organisational policies.

Requirements

  • Work ethic, curiosity, attention to detail, and motivation to grow.
  • Strong data integrity, keeping systems, schedules, and records accurate and reliable.
  • Ability to meet SLAs and commitments, responding to requests and following through on tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong working knowledge of a Resource Management System (RMS), Project Management tool (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), or other scheduling software.
  • Ability to stay focused and organised in a busy environment, balancing multiple requests.
