What you will do

  • Analyze game economies and metrics, forecasting their impact on player behavior, retention, and revenue.
  • Conduct financial performance evaluations, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization analyses.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable trends in player behavior and game performance.
  • Track key business metrics to assess the effectiveness of gaming products, features, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and execute configurations within CRM and other operational systems for marketing campaigns and feature rollouts.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Maths, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
  • 4-5+ years in similar analytical roles in the social casino/iGaming industry.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with complex data queries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
  • Passion for the social gaming industry and an adaptable attitude.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and models (R, SAS).
  • Previous supervisory/managerial experience.
