What you will do

  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage on-site program logistics and operations, coordinating with speakers, presenters, and other external contributors.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Communicate project updates, requirements, and challenges to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex project issues and roadblocks, proposing innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Communications, Business Administration).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in program management or operations.
  • Proven ability to create and manage high-level documentation.
  • Comfort with running events and programming, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to independently and collaboratively manage regional events and community programs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Past experience working with vendors and agency partners.
  • Proven track record of driving complex initiatives from conception to successful execution.
  • Experience working within the developer ecosystem.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
