What you will do
- Design game user experience from an economic perspective based on existing player data.
- Establish pricing strategies for virtual game currencies.
- Develop simulations and predictive models to forecast the impact of content changes.
- Collaborate with product teams to balance new features.
- Monitor macro and micro player balances to maintain long-term economy health.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational and strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into actionable business recommendations.
- Passion for understanding consumer behavior in social gaming.
Nice to have
- Strong SQL experience querying large datasets.
