What you will do

  • Design game user experience from an economic perspective based on existing player data.
  • Establish pricing strategies for virtual game currencies.
  • Develop simulations and predictive models to forecast the impact of content changes.
  • Collaborate with product teams to balance new features.
  • Monitor macro and micro player balances to maintain long-term economy health.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational and strategic business decisions.

Requirements

  • BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into actionable business recommendations.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior in social gaming.

Nice to have

  • Strong SQL experience querying large datasets.
  • Previous analytical experience in the gaming industry.
