What you will do
- Lead complex organisational design and operating model engagements or major workstreams.
- Shape OD approaches aligned to client strategy, context, and operating environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Executive and HR leaders.
- Own delivery quality, rigour, and outcomes across OD engagements.
- Lead, coach, and develop OD consultants across multiple engagements.
- Contribute to the development of OD capability, tools, and propositions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading organisational design and operating model work.
- Proven track record leading complex consulting programmes or workstreams.
- Experience advising senior client stakeholders on organisational effectiveness.
- Background in consulting or senior in-house OD / transformation roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
