What you will do

  • Lead complex organisational design and operating model engagements or major workstreams.
  • Shape OD approaches aligned to client strategy, context, and operating environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Executive and HR leaders.
  • Own delivery quality, rigour, and outcomes across OD engagements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop OD consultants across multiple engagements.
  • Contribute to the development of OD capability, tools, and propositions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading organisational design and operating model work.
  • Proven track record leading complex consulting programmes or workstreams.
  • Experience advising senior client stakeholders on organisational effectiveness.
  • Background in consulting or senior in-house OD / transformation roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
