What you will do

  • Set and own the strategy for new user acquisition across paid and unpaid channels, focusing on social and influencer partnerships
  • Run growth experiments end to end: define hypotheses, launch tests, analyze results, and scale successful channels
  • Identify and validate new acquisition channels, scaling successful ones via agencies, tooling, and automation
  • Establish success metrics and ROI thresholds to guide investment and prioritization
  • Partner with Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to optimize value propositions, landing pages, and onboarding flows
  • Build a durable experimentation and measurement framework enabling fast iteration across messaging and targeting

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States or able to work with significant overlap with Americas time zones
  • 8+ years experience in growth, performance, or consumer marketing, preferably in high-growth consumer or marketplace companies
  • Proven track record owning acquisition outcomes end to end
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Experience as a generalist in small to mid-sized teams owning full acquisition strategy
  • Depth in at least one acquisition channel such as paid social, influencer marketing, SEO, or SEM

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling influencer- or creator-led growth programs
  • Experience with consumer subscription or paid consumer products
  • Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling environments as a builder or first marketing hire
  • Interest in leveraging AI and new tools for faster experimentation
