What you will do

  • Lead daily operations of the Risk & Payments team, meeting key performance and compliance metrics.
  • Supervise and mentor team supervisors to promote performance, development, and process adherence.
  • Oversee manual withdrawal workflows, KYC reviews, and fraud escalations.
  • Partner with Fraud, Product, and Technology teams to refine fraud detection strategies and enhance platforms.
  • Conduct audits, reconciliations, and internal controls to ensure adherence to AML, PCI-DSS, and gaming regulations.
  • Act as the primary liaison with payment processors and vendors, delivering executive-level reporting on payment KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of management experience in financial services, compliance, or payments operations; iGaming or sports betting experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment systems, chargeback mitigation, and risk management.
  • Working knowledge of AML, KYC, PCI-DSS, responsible gaming, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses or certifications.
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
