What you will do
- Develop and execute sponsorship sales plans for esports properties and events.
- Manage full sponsorship sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
- Create sponsorship proposals and ensure delivery of partner activations.
- Coordinate with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams for campaign execution.
- Track revenue performance and identify new commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in sponsorship sales, event commercialization, media sales, or agency partnerships.
- Proven ability to develop sponsorship proposals and close commercial deals.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Location: Must be based in Jakarta or able to work onsite.
