What you will do

  • Develop and execute sponsorship sales plans for esports properties and events.
  • Manage full sponsorship sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
  • Create sponsorship proposals and ensure delivery of partner activations.
  • Coordinate with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams for campaign execution.
  • Track revenue performance and identify new commercial opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in sponsorship sales, event commercialization, media sales, or agency partnerships.
  • Proven ability to develop sponsorship proposals and close commercial deals.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Location: Must be based in Jakarta or able to work onsite.
