What you will do
- Define and execute the MDM roadmap, architecture, and security standards globally.
- Implement automated zero-touch enrollment and provisioning processes for corporate devices.
- Oversee continuous monitoring, patching, and configuration management for MDM environments.
- Lead as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex device configuration and stability issues.
- Analyze support data to identify trends and drive proactive system optimizations.
- Mentor L1/L2 support staff on advanced MDM troubleshooting and technical best practices.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Apple-centric MDM solutions for macOS and iOS fleets.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Intune for Windows and Android management.
- Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Zsh, and PowerShell for automation.
- Hands-on experience implementing CIS Benchmarks or NIST frameworks.
- Proven track record of executing successful MDM migration projects.
- Understanding of macOS security internals including TCC, Gatekeeper, and XProtect.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workspace ONE, Kandji, or MobileIron.
