What you will do

  • Own and manage a territory of estate agent customers across Northern Ireland.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular in-person customer meetings and account reviews.
  • Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver product demos, onboarding sessions, and performance insights.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and account plan within CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales.
  • Strong commercial instincts and consultative selling ability.
  • Confident communicator comfortable working with business owners.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across NI.
