What you will do
- Investigate and document technical issues, communicating findings to development teams or clients
- Engage directly with prospective customers to define technical issues and requirements
- Create brand awareness for KnowBe4 products within the assigned region
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners, prospects, and clients to support sales objectives
- Address technical issues impeding sales opportunities
- Implement and manage technical proof-of-concepts alongside the sales team
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Utrecht, Netherlands
- Fluent in French
- 2 year or technical degree preferred
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate technical troubleshooting
