What you will do

  • Investigate and document technical issues, communicating findings to development teams or clients
  • Engage directly with prospective customers to define technical issues and requirements
  • Create brand awareness for KnowBe4 products within the assigned region
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners, prospects, and clients to support sales objectives
  • Address technical issues impeding sales opportunities
  • Implement and manage technical proof-of-concepts alongside the sales team

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Utrecht, Netherlands
  • Fluent in French
  • 2 year or technical degree preferred
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate technical troubleshooting
