What you will do

  • Support day-to-day schedules and logistics for clients, agents, and marketing teams.
  • Manage client relationships and communications with agents.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, and marketing materials using Microsoft Office and presentation software.
  • Track brands, campaigns, and social media highlights for football athletes.
  • Assist with event logistics for major sports events like the Super Bowl and draft.
  • Support new business development, prospecting, and endorsement deal facilitation.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in Los Angeles office 2-3 times per week
  • Must be eligible to receive college credit for internship compensation
  • Currently pursuing a college degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Passion for sports and business with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
