What you will do
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed team sales quotas and accurately forecast targets
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Account Management teams to align resources and workflows
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a world-class sales team in the US
- Hold regular 1:1s and team meetings to drive performance and training
- Contribute to overall US and global sales strategy and reporting
- Leverage marketing and demand generation resources to optimize lead funnel
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Boston, Massachusetts, United States
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in B2B technology or SaaS companies
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Track record of scaling sales teams and organizational culture
