What you will do

  • Implement strategies to meet or exceed team sales quotas and accurately forecast targets

  • Hold regular 1:1s and team meetings to drive performance and training
  • Contribute to overall US and global sales strategy and reporting
  • Leverage marketing and demand generation resources to optimize lead funnel

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in B2B technology or SaaS companies
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
