What you will do
- Manage and optimize OneStream and Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O to align with business standards.
- Maintain system configurations, user permissions, and legal entity hierarchies.
- Partner with global finance teams to resolve operational issues and enhance financial processes.
- Perform ETL tasks and manage data flows between critical financial systems.
- Document business requirements and lead workshops for new functionality and localization efforts.
- Liaise with stakeholders and auditors to ensure system compliance with reporting needs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the City of London
- 3+ years of experience with finance systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, or D365.
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O).
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, consolidation, and global financial structures.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Python for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, Excel, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Experience with IFRS/GAAP frameworks in multinational organizations.
- OneStream or CPM certifications.
