What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product and Technology units to deliver the People and Organization strategy.
  • Build strong partnerships with people managers to execute HR policies and promote leadership standards.
  • Manage employee relations cases and mitigate business risks using best-practice HR approaches.
  • Coach leadership in talent management, L&D, and rewards to boost engagement and retention.
  • Drive high-quality employee data and analytics to inform business decision-making.
  • Contribute to recruitment initiatives and lead projects within the HR roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role.
  • Experience working in dynamic, multinational environments within Tech or iGaming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-changing circumstances.

Nice to have

  • German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience contributing to HR projects or initiatives.
