What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product and Technology units to deliver the People and Organization strategy.
- Build strong partnerships with people managers to execute HR policies and promote leadership standards.
- Manage employee relations cases and mitigate business risks using best-practice HR approaches.
- Coach leadership in talent management, L&D, and rewards to boost engagement and retention.
- Drive high-quality employee data and analytics to inform business decision-making.
- Contribute to recruitment initiatives and lead projects within the HR roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English is essential for this role.
- Experience working in dynamic, multinational environments within Tech or iGaming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-changing circumstances.
Nice to have
- German language proficiency is a plus.
- Experience contributing to HR projects or initiatives.
