What you will do

  • Design and verify IPs, subsystems, or SOCs for world-leading high-performance Ethernet and data path cryptography solutions.
  • Provide front-line support to internal and external customers.
  • Write clear and concise technical specifications and appropriate test plans.
  • Design RTL code in Verilog.
  • Assist with RTL lint, block level assertions, code coverage closure, CDC, synthesis, and timing closure.
  • Debug complex design issues using best practices and write functional coverage items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, design, verification, physical design, and software/firmware engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5+ years of professional experience, or Master’s/PhD with 3+ years.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor ASIC design methodologies and flows.
  • Working knowledge of Verilog/System Verilog.
  • Working experience with digital logic and computer architecture.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Demonstrated good analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Ethernet and datapath cryptographic algorithms.
