What you will do

  • Oversee renewal and upsell strategies for a defined set of the largest existing accounts.
  • Lead virtual teams including Solution Sales, Consulting, and Professional Services to support client outcomes.
  • Manage Executive-level relationships, from project teams up to the CxO level.
  • Develop clear roadmaps and capabilities to promote outstanding customer experience.
  • Oversee worldwide account development and resource deployment.
  • Achieve defined financial targets for licenses, renewals, and professional services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales in a competitive market.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales solutions.
  • Background in IT Service Management or IT Operations Management within software organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage high-level executive relationships.
  • Strong time management, resource discipline, and opportunity qualification skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
