What you will do
- Lead end-to-end migration strategies from VMware environments to AWS Outposts and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Design and implement highly available and scalable OpenShift clusters across hybrid on-premises and AWS environments.
- Drive application modernization initiatives including containerization and CI/CD implementation.
- Provide architectural leadership and guide migration teams.
- Enforce security and governance standards.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, VMware, Linux, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Proven experience leading VMware-to-AWS migration programs.
- Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies.
- Advanced understanding of AWS services within hybrid architectures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
