What you will do

  • Identify, track, and follow up on reported quality issues or incidents.
  • Monitor adherence to the Seller Quality Charter and secure effective action plans.
  • Analyze customer claims and feedback to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care, Account Management, and Legal teams.
  • Execute recurrent quality processes for a defined pool of sellers.

Requirements

  • English: Professional proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in Bordeaux, France.
  • Availability: Full-time internship (35h/week) starting July 2026 for 6 months.
  • Rigorous, meticulous, and highly organized approach to operational details.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
