What you will do
- Analyze and configure contracts for billing using internal tools.
- Execute month-end billing activities and ensure billing correctness through data analysis.
- Manage billing queries and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Verify traffic data weekly and manage group mailbox.
- Calculate service level agreement credits and run service charge reports.
- Participate in regular internal meetings with billing communication members.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic.
- Experience in finance, billing operations, or contract management.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Understanding of contractual pricing and billing input data.
- Exposure to database management (SQL).
- Strong communication, time management, and quality control skills.
