Salary: $92,000 - $105,000 + commissions + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Manage retailer partnerships from onboarding through ongoing growth, building trust and long term value.
- Improve account retention through platform education and data driven insights.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities, including long term agreement conversions.
- Proactively identify and address issues before they become churn risks.
- Lead monthly business reviews with retailer partners, translating raw data into performance reports and actionable insights.
- Partner with teams across analytics, product, marketing, and operations to improve retailer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client facing experience, including at least 2 years working with enterprise accounts in technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated success driving retention, growth, or expansion within client relationships.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.
- Analytical ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Organizational and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with the restaurant or grocery industry, or within a two sided marketplace.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
