Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago office. In-office attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $92,000 - $105,000 + commissions + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Manage retailer partnerships from onboarding through ongoing growth, building trust and long term value.
  • Improve account retention through platform education and data driven insights.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities, including long term agreement conversions.
  • Proactively identify and address issues before they become churn risks.
  • Lead monthly business reviews with retailer partners, translating raw data into performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Partner with teams across analytics, product, marketing, and operations to improve retailer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client facing experience, including at least 2 years working with enterprise accounts in technology environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated success driving retention, growth, or expansion within client relationships.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.
  • Analytical ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with the restaurant or grocery industry, or within a two sided marketplace.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
