What you will do

  • Execute automation projects to scale Customer Experience operations.
  • Design and optimize workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, and other platforms.
  • Integrate third-party systems ensuring seamless data flow across the revenue operations tech stack.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to support tech strategy and tooling roadmap.
  • Monitor automation performance and drive continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Data, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or CX Ops.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot automation and basic API/webhook knowledge.
  • Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Must be located in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Advanced API/webhook knowledge and experience with Postman or Make.
  • Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with GTM processes and project management tools like Jira, Notion, or Asana.
  • Basic JavaScript or similar scripting for custom automation logic.
