What you will do

  • Handle new business administration including setting up employer schemes and updating CRM systems
  • Drive process optimisation and automation collaborating with product and engineering teams
  • Support scheme renewals working with employers, insurers, and customer success teams
  • Own policy event administration including joiners, leavers, cancellations, and amendments
  • Act as first line of investigation for benefit and policy-related customer queries and liaise with insurers on escalations

Requirements

  • Location: Role based in Dublin, Ireland
  • 2+ years experience in operations, insurance, benefits administration, or customer support
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Clear written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
