What you will do
- Define and execute North America field events plan to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
- Develop localized marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and accelerate sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless, impactful events.
- Plan and execute a range of events including executive dinners and multi-city roadshows with clear objectives and measurement.
- Manage event budgeting, logistics, vendor relations, and post-event analysis.
- Track event metrics and present actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience in field/corporate events management within technology, software, or e-commerce focused on North America.
- Experience leading industry events similar to Shoptalk, NRF, or eTail.
- Proven ability to manage event budgets and measure event success with KPIs.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with event management tools such as Asana, Marketo, Cvent, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience supporting diverse North America events and working directly with sales teams.
- Preferably US east-coast based for collaboration with global field marketing team.
