TL;DR

Content Producer: Responsible for publishing accurate content for the website and app with an accent on accessibility and SEO optimization. Focus on managing content within the CMS, partnering with stakeholders for translating designs, and maintaining site health through bug fixing.

Location: Hub Based - Hybrid for all. Expect to be in the office at least once a week, and to go to OVO Connection events in-person. Assigned to the closest one of our three hub offices: Bristol, Glasgow, or London.

Salary: £40,000 - £47,000

What you will do

  • Take ownership of day-to-day website and app updates.
  • Manage, build, and publish content using our CMS, ensuring every page is optimised for accessibility and SEO.
  • Work efficiently through Jira tickets, ensuring error-free delivery.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders and our Creative Studio to translate designs and copy into clear, compelling live digital content.
  • Help maintain overall site health by fixing bugs and flagging possible website issues.
  • Support the wider content strategy by helping to audit existing content and flag opportunities to improve the user experience.

Requirements

  • Love the technical side of content.
  • Be highly organised and collaborative.
  • Have an eagle eye for spotting formatting errors, broken links, and missing alt-text.
  • Thrive on working methodically through a queue of Jira tickets, following defined workflows, and reliably getting things over the finish line.
  • Be highly comfortable navigating complex CMS platforms and figure out how to make components work.
  • Actively reach out to designers and stakeholders to clarify requirements or get the assets you need.
