What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to the product management team.
  • Handle reseller and customer inquiries via email and telephone.
  • Manage logistics and order processing duties.
  • Coordinate with resellers' logistics teams for inquiries and problem-solving.
  • Support Product Managers with events, campaigns, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree, ideally in Business Administration or IT.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in customer support or service support, preferably in the IT/Technical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good command of Chinese & English, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., pivot table, V-Look Up).
  • High sensitivity to numbers and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and able to work independently as well as a good team player.
