What you will do
- Manage and maintain backlog readiness in line with delivery timelines and release cycles.
- Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Coordinate planning, refinement, and sequencing of work across teams.
- Track progress, identify dependencies, and help remove blockers early.
- Support release planning and ensure scope aligns with team capacity.
- Act as a coordination point between product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience working with Agile software development teams.
- Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience managing or coordinating product backlogs and delivery flow.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable backlog items.
- Technical awareness of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
