What you will do

  • Translate agreed services into practical and efficient processes.
  • Define clear service levels and safeguard contractual agreements.
  • Lead the implementation of won service contracts from tenders or RFPs.
  • Coordinate internal teams to achieve agreed contract terms and service levels.
  • Act as the central point of contact for customers and internal departments.
  • Monitor service performance and proactively implement improvements.

Requirements

  • An HBO-level working and thinking capacity.
  • Working experience in a service, IT, or logistics-related environment, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Customer facing experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • A strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with Service, Process, or Project Management.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as Lean, ITIL, or Prince2 will be a plus but not mandatory.
