What you will do

  • Design long-term strategy and execute the full inbound marketing playbook across organic and paid channels.
  • Own SEO and content-led growth, building topical authority in the IT tech space.
  • Build Workwize’s solid presence in LLM-generated answers and AI search surfaces.
  • Drive organic social strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to grow brand awareness and community.
  • Partner with the outbound sales team to design and run ABM motions.
  • Build full-funnel reporting across all inbound channels and identify new growth levers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a meaningful portion in growth or demand generation roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling inbound from $10M to $50M ARR, ideally at a Series B-stage company.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across SEO, content marketing, paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit), and organic social.
  • Proven experience designing and running ABM programs in close partnership with sales teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience managing and developing team members in a fast-paced growth environment.
